Insert a New Resource

To insert a new Resource in the registry, simply select the resource type you want to create and fill the provided XForm.

We recommend you to check your own Services for major compatibility issues before inserting them in the Registry.

To be able to create new Resources you will need to have an Authority type resource registered first. To do so, select the Authority type in the left menu and provide a new Authority ID along with a new password.

Note that the password must be less than 16 characters long and that Authority IDs are inputted without any trailing slash (ex: ivo://esavo).

Once your new Authority ID has been accepted (meaning that it didn't already exist), you will be able to create any type of resource inside your Authority domain using the password you previously provided.

Identifiers will have to consist of your Authority ID followed by a slash and a Resource ID (ex: ivo://esavo/xmm/siap).

Remember that you can only add, edit or delete resources at the registry that manages your Authority ID.
